Free Exchange Policy Details
Unfortunately, we all make mistakes. If you receive a product that doesn't quite fit properly, is not the correct color or simply just doesn't do it for you, you can exchange your merchandise completely free of charge. - Only products that ship via FedEx or UPS ground and include free shipping are eligible for this program. Items shipped through a freight line carrier or that display a shipping charge are not eligible. (Shipping cost and method are displayed on product detail page and within the shopping cart once item is added.)
- Customer is required to place a new order for an equal or greater value item before exchange request will be approved. Once the new order is fully processed a return RA will be issued for the original order and a return shipping label will be emailed to the customer. Items returned through this program are not eligible for carrier pick up.
- Returned products must be in new and undamaged condition and include all original packaging (including over box if applicable) and all accessory items and manuals.
- Exchange must be requested through our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order. (*Air Conditioners are eligible for 15 days from time of delivery)
- Once the original order is received back into our warehouse a full refund will be issued back to the customer's original payment source.
